Guardianship
Because of age minority or incapacity, certain individuals are not legally able to handle their own affairs. The individual appointed to manage those affairs is referred to as the guardian. Kathleen McCann can provide legal services to those asking for guardianship of incapacitated persons.
Kathleen has a depth of experience in guardianship law. She has represented numerous petitioners for guardianship of an incapacitated adult, disabled adult child, or minor child.
She has represented persons in contested guardianship in mediation and in trial. She has served as a guardian ad litem in 100's of cases representing a wide variety of guardianships over the past two decades. Her good working relationships with Clark County guardianship professionals and with the Superior Court are an asset to each case.
